Official Washington County criminal records must be requested from the office that maintains them. Court files go to the filing clerk, while sheriff reports, detention records, and warrants use separate Washington County channels. The contacts below identify the local offices that can answer those record questions.

This Is Not a Government Office. Washington County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve, correct, seal, or certify a record and cannot accept a filing.
